Komme nicht weiter

Hallo User,

ich habe mir auf meinen Home PC Xampp installiert. ( Win XP ).

Habe alles per FTP in die Testumgebung hochgeladen.

Wenn ich dann auf die Seite http://localhost/xtcommerce/xtc_installer/ gehe kommt auch ganz normal das Bild. auch alles in Grün.

Jetzt kommts: Nach dem ich die Sprache auswähle German dann auf Submit, geht nix mehr.

Diese Fehler meldung kommt dann.

In der einleitung steht auch drin das mann einige rechte ändern soll von den PHP Dateien per FTP Software, nur das klappt dann auch nicht, sitze schon 6 std. davor und bin keinen Zentimeter weiter gekommen.

Bitte um HILFE
