Hilfe: Shop front- und backend sind plötzlich fehlerhaft

kaum ist man eine Woche im Urlaub geht irgendwas schief. Niemand hat die Dateien oder das Backend angefasst.

Ich rufe ganz normal das frontend auf und bekomme über dem Seiteninhalt

Möchte dann mich dann bis ins Mark erschrocken ins Backend einloggen und sehe nur eine weisse Seite mit:

Sowas hatte ich noch nie. Kann mir jemand helfen wo ich anfangen soll zu suchen? Beim letzten Besuch war alles wunderbar.

wurde am Server/Webspace oder Confixx etwas geändert?

nein wurde nicht.

der provider hat mir eine weitere datei eingespielt (dürfte die config-charset.php sein), die xt gefehlt hat. seltsamerweise scheine ich diese aber auch nie gehabt zu haben.
