Das sieht bei uns im Shop also für unsere Kunden komisch aus. Wie kann ich das ß durch ss ersetzen? You'll have to send in the "locale" in the language you want the checkout to show. I found a list with the different country/language codes, please see this link. You will have to add the right "local" in the call when you are creating an order. Each order session will have their own "locale".
