Leider wurde vom Shopsystem ein falscher Versandkostenbetrag an Klarna übermittelt. Kann mir jemand sagen, welche Einstellung in meinem Shopsystem da falsch ist? Alex@4tfm Posted June 7, 2021 Report Share Posted June 7, 2021 Immerhin. Bei uns sind die Mengenangaben in den Warenkörben bei 2/3 der Bestellungen falsch. Das hat übrigens auch bei uns falsche Versandkosten ausgelöst, da plötzlich 2000 € statt 1000 € vom Kunden gebucht wurden, aber ich vermute mal, dass wäre Ihnen aufgefallen?
