Ich nehme mal an das dies ein Problem des Providers handelt. Was soll ich machen ?

Hallo, ich habe das Problem auch bei einem Shop - hat dazu jemand eine Lösung ???

php.ini-->allow_url_fopen-->1 (oder yes, true, enabled etc.pp.)

Hat der Hoster ein Update gefahren?
