Fehler Paypal Modul aktivieren

Hallo. Wenn ich bei Zahlungsarten das Paypal-Modul aktiviere bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Was muss ich machen? Ich habe die Datei modules.php aus einer frischen Installation darübergespielt, die Fehlermeldung erscheint aber trotzdem. Die Zeilen 166-168 lauten:
